Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Rosso di Nera shows the unmistakable hallmarks of our Charmat corto (short Charmat): second fermentation lasts only two weeks aproximately in our bulk tanks to enhance the perfumes in the glass and an over all smoothiness.
THE VINE’S SELECTION
The younger vineyards of the Munti area where these clonal selections of Nero d'Avola were planted, were chosen precisely because they are richer in organic matter and structure. Thanks to the clay soil the expression of the territory is enhanced, giving a particular richness of taste.
SENSORY PROFILE
A beautiful bright red color with purple reflections. To the nose releases a wide bouquet of floral and fruity notes: from fresh red fruit, raspberry and strawberry to red rose. It finishes, with light menthol nuances that give it an olfactory elegance. On the palate it is light, fresh and soft, where the sweetness blends well with the fresh and acidic profile.
