Young, crispy, with an elegant fruit. Bianco di Nera is by definition «the» Milazzo’s semi sparkling. It shows the unmistakable hallmarks of our Charmat corto (short Charmat): second fermentation lasts only two weeks aproximately in our bulk tanks to enhance the perfumes in the glass and an over all smoothiness.
SENSORY PROFILE
Beautiful light straw yellow colour with greenish hints, elegant to the nose, fragrant with aromatic vegetal notes, develops flavours of yellow fruits and sweet tones. Full to the palate, with a balanced acidic profile.
